Payment & Deliveries

You can choose to pay for your orders by cheque or have the total invoiced to an account.

The first time you shop with Cascade you will be required to pay immediately by cheque or bank transfer until a credit facility has been set up for you (subject to status).

Should you wish to apply for a credit facility with Cascade, please call our customer services on 01594 843895.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept credit cards.

Delivery
2 working days (if items in stock) – where appropriate delivery will be by royal mail otherwise by our carrier. For a next day delivery please contact us for further details.

Delivery times for personalised items can be confirmed when the order is placed. If congestion charges apply, a 50p plus VAT surcharge per order may be added.

Highlands & Islands: Please note that delivery to Highlands & Islands normally takes an extra day.

Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted, and in any event within the time stipulated. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, we may inform you of the delay and the reason for the delay as soon as is practical.
