Returns & Exchanges

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time and in original undamaged packaging.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your order, please follow the checklist to ensure fast processing of your credit.

For a full credit, your unwanted items should be returned:

Unused.
Postage paid.
Within 30 days of receipt.
With reason for return.
With copy of the dispatch note quoting the invoice number and stating the reason for return.

You can order an alternative separately in the usual way.
